TMC Systems are custom engineered to meet your specific material handling application requirements in providing a complete turn key process solution. All system components are integrated at our factory in Highland, Michigan and may include magnetic separation, metal detection, sheet metal fabrication and other ancillary equipment. Any combination of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic or other system controls are also included.

Total Metal Control systems enable you to source a turn key system with one stop shop capability and accountability. This can often generate additional total system cost savings while improving system design, installation timelines and equipment interface compatibility.

MPI offers a key tool to assist in implementing and maintaining an effective magnetic separation equipment Quality Control program. This tool is known as the MPI Pull Test Kit (PTK) and is designed for in plant use to inspect and document the performance of existing magnetic separators. PTK’s are ideal for companies committed to quality HACCP, TQM, GMP or other similar programs.
